The Islamization of Britain in 2014

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 5:11 pm

What cowards. The Brits are willing to let their country go down the toilet into an Islamic cesspool of Jihad, sex slaves, and brutality, rather than face the truth and endure some criticism. Why do politicians always put their reputations ahead of human life, and their country? It’s the same in the U.S. We can’t teach Christian history in our classrooms, but we can teach Islam, because no one wants to be labeled Islamaphobic. I’ll admit to it. I have a phobia of people who chop other people’s heads off. I have a phobia of people who set off road side bombs to kill our troops and innocent civilians. I have a phobia of people who worship a “prophet” that taught war and plunder. I don’t want their beliefs taught in my schools, influencing my government, or a part of my society. What’s wrong with that?

Britain remains the world’s leading recruiting ground for al-Qaeda.

British school teachers are afraid to teach their students about Christianity out of fear of offending Muslims. — Roger Bolton, BBC Radio 4′s Feedback program.

Rather than taking steps to protect British children, police, social workers, teachers… and the media deliberately played down the severity of the crimes [of Muslim sexual grooming gangs] in order to avoid being accused of “Islamophobia” or racism. — From the report “Easy Meat: Multiculturalism, Islam and Child Sex Slavery.”

The problem of honor-based violence and forced marriages in England is “worse than people think.”

On August 26, Alexis Jay, the leader of an independent inquiry in the sexual abuse of children in Rotherham, released a horrifying report that found that gangs of mainly Muslim men of Pakistani heritage had groomed, terrorized and abused at least 1,400 girls, some as young as 11, in Rotherham over a 16-year period between 1997 and 2013…..

Obama set to make deal with Iran

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:40 pm

These three headlines say it all.

OBAMA: Iran has ‘chance to get right with world’…

Doesn’t rule out US embassy in Tehran…

Can Be ‘Very Successful Regional Power’…

Obama thinks he can save his legacy by making a deal with the devil. And, the cost of that deal will be Iran getting nuclear weapons and passing them on to terrorist organizations. Obama treats our enemies better than he does our allies. He’s making these deals with Iran, while chastising Israel for everything they do to protect themselves. Nothing good can come from becoming an ally with a country that wants to destroy you and your allies. It seems simple to me, but it seems everything having to do with Muslim countries is difficult for our cowardly President. He gives in to all of them. Under his leadership we’ve lost 2 wars and set in motion a nightmare of terrorist growth and success, and now we’re on the verge of caving in to Iran. Two more years of this is a truly scary thought.

Taliban Claims America ‘Defeated’ in Afghanistan

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:14 pm

This is what our weak, cowardly President has brought us. Defeat. In two wars that we were once winning in Iraq and Afghanistan, he has snatched defeat from the jaws of victory and left us looking like losers in the eyes of the world. The Taliban is already moving back into areas of Afghanistan that our troops had cleared of their presence before the draw down and evacuation. It won’t be long before the Taliban rules Afghanistan again and Isis joins them to plot attacks on America and Israel. We have 2 more years of this jerk to endure. It’s scary to think what the world will look like when he finally leaves office, and how many attacks on the homeland we’ll have had to endure.

    Reuters is reporting that:

Taliban insurgents in Afghanistan on Monday declared the “defeat” of the U.S. and its allies in the 13-year-old war, a day after the coalition officially marked the end of its combat mission.

    Meanwhile, as the AP reports:

Thousands of Afghans are pouring into makeshift camps in the capital where they face a harsh winter as the Taliban return to areas once cleared by foreign forces, who this week are marking the end of their combat mission.

And, as Heath Druzin of Stars and Stripes reports, some U.S. troops will remain in Afghanistan in what their commander describes as:

    “… a non-combat mission in a combat environment.”

This is what happens when you set an arbitrary date to tuck tail and run, and don’t listen to your generals.

NY Cop Killer May Have Been Responding to ISIS Fatwa, More Attacks Expected

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:48 pm

Will our clueless President now possibly realize that ISIL is a threat to our homeland? They are issuing Fatwas against our police officers and then carrying them out by murdering them. Are we just going to let the Jihadis murder our people and not try, with every resource we have, to defeat them. Obama is a coward. He’s too scared to make a decision, and too narcissistic to be counted on to win a war – any war.

Despite efforts by the mainstream media to paint the gunman as a disturbed individual deeply troubled by racial tensions and perceived heavy handedness of police towards the black population, investigations by independent media outlets also show cop killer Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley to be a Muslim, an Arabic speaker, and by his own words sympathetic to jihad. Much can be gleaned from his social media accounts.

Brinsley was also known to visit the notorious Al-Farooq Mosque in Brooklyn, which itself has a 20+ year history of support for terrorism. This specific mosque played host to al Qaeda co-founder Abdullah Azzam. Several of the mosque’s members were behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombing plot, including the Blind Sheik, Omar Abdel-Rahman. A one time imam of the mosque, Gulshair Shukrijumah, was father to the notorious Adnan Shukrijumah, a top Al-Qaeda operative who, after being hunted by the FBI for more than a decade, was killed just weeks ago in a gun battle with Pakistani forces.

While the killing of the police officers is tragic, this incident is just one of an increasing number of Muslim attacks in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia.

The warning was issued after a string of messages and fatwas appeared on the internet and various social media outlets urging Muslims in Western countries to carry out attacks on “soldiers, patrons, and troops … their police, security and intelligence members.”

These messages were originally preceded by a lengthy fatwa issued by ISIS in September which calls for lone wolf Muslims to kill as many as 10 million Americans. ( Arabic Version (PDF) / Analysis ).

U.S.-Led Forces Formally Ending Afghanistan Combat Mission

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 10:30 pm

The Obama administration is making the exact same mistake they made in Iraq. The Taliban is by no means defeated. In fact they’re as strong as they’ve ever been, and we’re abandoning the Afghan troops to fight them alone. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. I don’t think our president is insane, however. I just think he cares more about politics and ending wars than he cares about human lives, or winning those wars. He’d rather lose and pretend it’s a victory because he pulled out of Afghanistan when he said he would. We’ll be sending troops back to retake land just like we’re doing in Iraq, and more of our troops will pay the ultimate price for Obama’s idiocy.

U.S.-led forces in Afghanistan are formally ending their combat mission on Sunday, leaving Afghan forces to battle a still-resilient Taliban insurgency largely on their own.

U.S. offering $5 million reward for Al Qaeda capo … who was released from Gitmo in 2006

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 10:20 am

You don’t rehabilitate Jihadis. They go right back to the battle field every time, because all they know and all they’ve been taught since they were born is to kill, maim, and brutalize the enemy. We shouldn’t be letting any of the prisoners out of Gitmo while the war is raging harder than it ever has. It’s stupid. But, that’s our President. It’s more important to him to close Gitmo because he once said he would than to protect innocent life. He’s as sick and twisted as the prisoners he’s releasing.

Ibrahim al-Rubaysh was originally released in 2006 by the George W. Bush administration and put into a Saudi Arabian “rehabilitation” program. However, al-Rubaysh returned to the battlefield and now serves as a top leader with Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula — one of the most dangerous Al Qaeda affiliates…

Lt. Col. Myles Caggins, Defense Department spokesman for detainee policy, said more than 90 percent of detainees transferred under the Obama administration “have resumed quiet lives in various countries.”…

A briefing posting on the department’s Rewards for Justice website offers up to $5 million for information that “brings justice” to the former detainee. It says he has served as a senior “sharia official” with AQAP since 2013 and as such, “provides the justification for attacks conducted by AQAP.” He also is involved in planning attacks, the posting says.

‘Can they breathe?’ Execution-style killing of two NYPD officers celebrated; ‘Salute the shooter’

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 5:42 pm

This is horrible. Two NYPD officers lost their lives because of the wide spread hatred of a bunch of cop hating, thug trash. Even sicker, it’s being celebrated as a victory by the protesters and race baiters.

Retired NYPD detective Harry Houck wasted no time in blaming those protests and the people behind them for what happened today. He said the demonstrations have “all be predicated on lies,” and even went so far as to declare, “We have two dead police officers, and I guess Al Sharpton got what he wanted.”

Obama got what he wanted too. He’s been all about dividing this country and fomenting violence and hatred from the beginning. I guess those cops wouldn’t look like his son, so their lives are expendable.

If it’s going to be open season on cops, with the support of the President and his adviser Sharpton, the cops need to beef up their arsenal and fight back. Lawlessness should not be tolerated in this country even if our own President wants it.

    Obama Throws Fidel a Rope

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 5:18 pm

Our President is a Marxist, stupid, and an imbecile when it comes to foreign policy. So he traded a prisoner for three communist prisoners. Fine. But saying that the past President’s policy of Cuban isolation hasn’t worked is idiotic. That isolation helped bring down Russia and end the Cold War. Now when some have said a new Cold War is starting, he ends the isolation of Cuba. He’s dead set on bringing this country down. We’ve got ISIL in Iraq, Russia in Ukraine, North Korea hacking Sony, and terrorists flooding across our borders, and he decides to play footsy with Cuba and Iran. He needs to be impeached for treason.

The celebrations in Havana and the sullen silence in Miami tell you all you need to know about who won this round with Castro’s Cuba.

In JFK’s metaphor, Obama traded a horse for a rabbit.

We got back Alan Gross before his Communist jailers killed him, along with an American spy, in exchange for three members of a Cuban espionage ring. Had we left it at that, the deal would have been fine.

But Obama threw in an admission that all nine presidents before him pursued a “failed policy.” Calling for recognition of the Castro regime as the legitimate government of Cuba, Obama said, “Isolation has not worked.”

“Not worked”? What is he talking about? Isolating Cuba during the last 30 years of the Cold War helped bankrupt and bring down the Soviet Empire, which had to carry Cuba on its back….

IRS Head: ‘We May Not Have the Resources…to Provide Refunds as Quickly’

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 11:57 am

The IRS sure had the resources to collect all of our taxes. Our refunds certainly won’t be larger than that, so what’s the problem? Quit playing games with the stupid budget and do your job. That’s every government agencies excuse now – oh it’s the budget cuts, sequestration made us unable to find those e-mails…. How about the resources it took to go after Conservative groups. Couldn’t they use those resources to speed things up?

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen says budget cuts just enacted by Congress could delay tax refunds next year.

At a news conference Thursday, Koskinen said taxpayer services will be hurt, and fewer agents will be auditing returns. He said about half the people who call the agency for assistance won’t be able to get through to a person.

    IRS Delayed Refunds

WASHINGTON (AP) — Budget cuts at the IRS could delay tax refunds, reduce taxpayer services and hurt enforcement efforts, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen said Thursday.

About half the people who call the IRS for assistance this filing season won’t be able to get through to a person, Koskinen said. Once tax returns are filed, there will be fewer agents to audit them.

Fewer US-Born Americans Have Jobs Now Than In 2007

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 11:25 am

Almost one in every two jobs added since 2009 have gone to foreign-born workers. But the number of Americans with jobs has fallen by 1.5 million, from 124 million in November 2007 to 122.6 million November 2014. All of the net gain in jobs has gone to foreign born workers. We’ve got a serious unemployment problem with American born people, especially in minority communities, and Obama wants to give millions more jobs to illegals. There’s something seriously wrong with this picture.

Fewer Americans born in the U.S. have jobs now than were employed to November 2007, despite a working-age population growth of 11 million.

The amazing drop in employment highlights President Barack Obama’s slow recovery from the deep 2008 shock, but also spotlights many companies’ growing reliance on foreign migrant labor.

Almost one in every two jobs added since 2009 have gone to foreign-born workers.

In November 2014, one in every five U.S. jobs was held by a foreign-born worker, up from one-in-six jobs in January 2010, according to federal data highlighted by the Center for Immigration Studies.

Since November 2007, the number of working legal and illegal migrants has risen by two million, from 23.1 million in November 2007 to 25.1 million in November 2014.

Rep. Blackburn: Nothing Fair or Legal About Executive Amnesty

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 9:17 am

There are going to be a lot of people burned by the new executive amnesty. People who have come here legally and have been waiting patiently for their papers will go to the back of the line behind thousands of illegal immigrants who are already getting their papers, and jobs to boot. It’s not right, but it is just like Obama to do it that way.

There is nothing “fair” about President Barack Obama’s executive action on immigration, Rep. Marsha Blackburn, a Tennessee Republican, said Thursday on Newsmax TV’s “America’s Forum.”

Blackburn offered a couple of examples of how the executive order is hurting some of her constituents, including a woman who legally emigrated from Kurdistan who has been waiting to get her permanent resident’s card. When the thousands of people being hired under Obama begin to process the wave of immigrants legalized by his order, the Kurdish woman will be behind those who entered the U.S. illegally.

“They left unlawful rule in Iraq and came here because of their desire to live in a lawful, free society and to honor people that have broken the rule of law makes no sense at all and it’s just blatantly unfair,” Blackburn said.

The millions of out-of-work Americans will see the president grant work permits to the millions of people who broke the law when they entered the United States, she said, while Americans born here will “be at the back of the line.” …

Secret Service Report: Build Better White House Fence To Protect The President

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 8:32 pm

Do ya think? Really? I can’t believe they thought of that all by themselves. People have been jumping over that fence since I was a little kid. Some of them got all the way in the White House. Now in 2014 the Secret Service comes up with a big idea. Lets build the fence bigger. Good job guys! Now take that logic and use it on our southern border!

The Department of Homeland Security released an executive summary of its report on the Secret Service moments ago. The report recommends that the U.S. government replace the entire fence surrounding the perimeter of the White House. The report was drafted after a fence-jumper made it into the White House in September, prompting a congressional hearing and the resignation of Secret Service Director Julia Pierson. Officials for the DHS declined to say in the report “precisely what the optimal new fence should look like,” but offered some suggestions. “A number of common-sense improvements should be explored. ….

ISIS Slaughters 150 Females in Iraq for Refusing to Marry, Have Sex with Them

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 11:26 am

Lets play train the worthless Iraqi troops some more, while 150 women are slaughtered for not having sex and marrying ISIL terrorists. Because training the Iraqi’s is doing so much good. And while we’re at it lets withhold heavy arms to the Kurds – the only ones actually fighting in this war. Our President won’t listen to his generals and he’s too dense to fight a war and win it.
Can you tell it makes me mad?

“At least 150 females, including pregnant women, were executed in Fallujah by a militant named Abu Anas Al-Libi after they refused to accept jihad marriage,” said the Ministry. “Many families were also forced to migrate from the province’s northern town of Al-Wafa after hundreds of residents received death threats.”

The militants buried the victims in mass graves in the city. The families who left lost many children after they were stranded in the desert.

The Islamic State slaughtered over 50 people from the Al Bu Nimr tribe in Iraq’s Anbar Province on November 2. The massacre included six women and four children. Witnesses said the militants lined up the victims, whom they “publicly killed one by one.” Over seventeen people were kidnapped, as well. Militants murdered 98 people from the same tribe 24-48 hours before the massacre. The tribe is Sunni, which holds the same belief of Islam as the Islamic State, but now, they view the tribe as a threat. …

American troops battle ISIS for first time as they see off attempted attack by militants on Iraqi base

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 11:05 am

This is just the first time our troops have engaged with the enemy in months of fighting, and it’s to protect an Iraqi base. What about all the people being slaughtered and maimed by ISIL across three countries. Do we just let them die so we can do what the Iraqis should be doing themselves? We need more troops on the ground and more special forces to win against this enemy. Winning doesn’t seem to be a big priority for Obama, though. Avoiding being a war time president is his number one goal, no matter who has to die.

A number of militants have been killed in Islamic State’s very first battle with U.S. ground troops after the extremists attempted to overrun an Iraqi military base.

The militants attacked Ein al-Asad military base on Sunday where more than 100 U.S. military support troops are based.

Despite launching the surprise attack just after midnight, ISIS’s offensive was swiftly repelled when U.S. troops and F18 jets joined in the skirmish in support of the Iraqi Army.

Islamic State Penal Code Promises Crucifixion, Lashing for Unbelievers

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 10:38 am

It’s like we’re back in the crusades. Isis has released a penal code that prescribes lashings, severing of limbs, and crucifixions among other forms of torture for nonbelievers or “criminals”. Why isn’t the U.S. doing something about this. Why aren’t we fighting this war to win and save lives. After the Holocaust, didn’t we say never again? We apparently didn’t mean it. If it were Muslims being slaughtered instead of Christians you can bet the full force of the military would be used. Our Muslim President sickens me.

The Islamic State (IS) has published it own penal code, which harshly penalizes actions such as sodomy and blasphemy with punishments including execution, crucifixion, lashing, and the severing of limbs, among other penalties.

IS (also known as ISIL or ISIS) issued the detailed document as a “warning and a reminder to people living under its rule” that any behavior not in accordance with strict Islamic law will be cruelly punished, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), which translated a copy of the penal code posted at a radical online depot known as the Jihadi Media Platform.

Radical militants associated with IS emphasized that they have a “commitment” to enforce the brutal doctrine “vigilantly,” according to MEMRI…..

Former Abortion Worker from Chula Vista Abortion Clinic Tells of What She Saw

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 10:29 pm

What a sick person to think that the dismemberment of a baby in the womb is impressive. How can a person watch little feet, little legs, little arms, heads, sexual organs, and other parts being ripped off what is obviously a baby, not just lifeless tissue. The methods they use to abort different stages of abortion are barbaric. Things like putting acid in the uterus to kill the baby, or sucking the baby’s brain out with a suction tube. I can’t understand the evil it would take to do that for a living. These methods should be used on the abortionists.

“When they’re about 12 weeks, then the doctor takes the baby out with forceps. He takes the baby out in pieces. He checks each part and he places each one in a tray down below. When he finishes the procedure, I have to drain everything. We drain it to separate body parts from blood. We place all the parts in a jar that goes to the laboratory. It’s impressive how well-defined they are. You can’t believe what you are seeing. You see perfect little hands, tinier than those of a Barbie doll. You can see intestines, tiny ribs, their little faces, and their tiny squashed heads. You can distinguish among the parts if the baby was a boy or girl…. It makes me so sad to see the jars. It’s very hard for me to do all this. To see all that falls on the floor, or for example, to remove a tiny foot from the instruments. A girl who worked here told me that she came home with a tiny foot stuck to her uniform, close to her shoulder.

Cuomo to Ban Fracking in New York State, Citing Health Risks

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 10:10 pm

What an idiot. Cuomo is going to ban fracking in New York state. He thinks it’s a health risk, and could pollute the water and air. I don’t know where he gets this information, but many states are using fracking to extract oil and have had no problems. New York has had no provable problems either. Fracking is good for our economy and has lowered the price of gas. Leave it to Cuomo to dump on a good thing. What will he ban next?

The Cuomo administration announced Wednesday that it would ban hydraulic fracturing in New York State, ending years of uncertainty by concluding that the controversial method of extracting gas from deep underground could contaminate the state’s air and water and pose inestimable public-health risks…

That conclusion was delivered publicly during a year-end cabinet meeting called by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo in Albany. It came amid increased calls by environmentalists to ban fracking, which uses water and chemicals to release natural gas trapped in deeply buried shale deposits.

By issuing his directives as “memoranda” rather than executive orders, Obama has downplayed the extent of his executive actions.

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 10:16 am

Obama, our fearless emperor, has been using “memoranda” instead of executive orders to accomplish the same executive actions. So it’s actually a lie that Obama has issued fewer executive orders than other presidents. In fact he’s issued more executive actions than any President in 70 years. To him Congress is just there to use as a political tool while he rules by executive fiat. This must be how he gets away with making deals with Cuba and Iran with no Congressional oversight.

President Obama has issued a form of executive action known as the presidential memorandum more often than any other president in history — using it to take unilateral action even as he has signed fewer executive orders.

When these two forms of directives are taken together, Obama is on track to take more high-level executive actions than any president since Harry Truman battled the “Do Nothing Congress” almost seven decades ago, according to a USA TODAY review of presidential documents.

Obama has issued executive orders to give federal employees the day after Christmas off, to impose economic sanctions and to determine how national secrets are classified. He’s used presidential memoranda to make policy on gun control, immigration and labor regulations. Tuesday, he used a memorandum to declare Bristol Bay, Alaska, off-limits to oil and gas exploration.

Like executive orders, presidential memoranda don’t require action by Congress. They have the same force of law as executive orders and often have consequences just as far-reaching. And some of the most significant actions of the Obama presidency have come not by executive order but by presidential memoranda.

VIDEO: Students agree to deport Americans in exchange for illegal immigrants

Every one of the students from George Washington University who signed this petition to have one American deported in exchange for one illegal Alien should be deported as soon as possible. If they like the idea so much, I’m sure they’ll just love Mexico. Of course the petition didn’t say where they would be deported. How about Siberia, or the Yukon. After deporting these idiots, move on to all the members of generation gimmedat. We could use some hard working illegals over the gimmedats any day. Why are the dumbest people in the country always the most educated? Perhaps we’d be even better off deporting all people attending a University first.

Students at George Washington University (GWU) willingly signed a petition supporting the deportation of one American citizen in exchange for one illegal immigrant.

“Please sign our petition for President Obama to deport one American citizen, in exchange for one undocumented immigrant,” read the petition. “Everyone must be allowed a shot at the ‘American Dream.’ Americans should not be greedy. Let us right the wrongs of our past and make another’s dreams come true.”

“It makes sense,” one student told Campus Reform. “Like, I’ve noticed that there is a lot of like hatred against undocumented immigrants and it’s not necessarily their fault.”

It’s not their fault they came here illegally? Who’s fault is it then? I’m sure their answer would be that it’s somehow greedy American’s fault. Dumber than dirt. Just stupid.

1 in 5 Millennials Live in Poverty, Census Bureau Says

One in five young adults – ages 18 to 34 years old – live in poverty, according to data from the U.S. Census Bureau.

Ted Cruz: Hillary will be president if we nominate another moderate

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 7:28 pm

I’m liking Ted Cruz more and more all the time. I agree with him that if we settle for some milk toast, centrist for our primary nominee, there will be another Democrat President. I don’t agree, however, that it will be Hillary. She’s too shrill, too annoying to listen to, and has too many skeletons in her closet. Not that liberals have any sense of morality, but it will come out in the news cycle, and it won’t be pretty. I don’t see her making it past the primaries. Fauxcahontis on the other hand just might. There are enough haters on the far left to get her elected, and she might even beat the Republican candidate if he/she is a moderate like the last few candidates we’ve elected to run for President.

He didn’t say whether he had a particular moderate in mind. Any theories?

Cruz, a deeply conservative Texas Republican and likely 2016 candidate himself, called Bush a “good governor in Florida,” before warning against nominating a centrist Republican. He didn’t specifically place Bush in that category, but the implication was clear: Bush, the son of former President George H.W. Bush and the brother of former President George W. Bush, is far more moderate than the Republican base is on a host of issues including immigration and education.

“If we nominate another candidate in the mold of a Bob Dole or a John McCain or a Mitt Romney — and let me be clear, all three of those men, they’re good men, they’re honorable men, they’re decent men, they’re men of character, they’re war heroes — but what they did didn’t work,” Cruz said in an interview in his Senate office. “It did not succeed. And if we nominate another candidate in that same mold, the same voters who stayed home in 2008 and 2012 will stay home in 2016, and Hillary Clinton is the next president.”

Amnesty fight: Obama admin tells courts they’re powerless to stop executive order

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:36 pm

Our narcissistic Dear Leader really doesn’t understand the separation of powers, or checks and balances in our government. I take that back. He understands. He just doesn’t like it, and anything that stands in the way of him getting his way he ignores, whether it’s legal or not. I think the jerk is scared. All of these states are filing law suits against him for his amnesty dance, and he’s facing a formidable force in the federal courts. So he brings out the threats, sits on his throne, and preaches from on high. I personally don’t think the threats are going to work. The Judicial branch isn’t going to just cede its power to the Emperor. Let him continue to squeal like a stuck pig. It won’t do any good.

The administration warned a federal judge Monday to stay out of the debate over President Obama’s deportation amnesty, saying decisions about whom to deport fall squarely within the executive’s job description, “which this court lacks authority to review. In its first extended legal filing in one of the court challenges to the new amnesty, the Justice Department says courts have long held that an agency’s decision whether or not to prosecute someone or to enforce the law is entitled to “absolute discretion.”“Federal courts sit to decide cases and controversies, not to resolve disagreements about policy or politics,” said Joyce R. Branda, the acting assistant attorney general who took the lead on filing the brief.

Ms. Branda said the administration had to impose the new deportation amnesty because immigration enforcement has become too costly in recent years, outpacing the amount of money Congress provides, so picking and choosing which illegal immigrants to deport is the best use of taxpayers’ money.

Report: Dozens Of Suspected Killers, Rapists Released In Detroit Due To Warrant Backlog

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 8:56 am

I don’t care how many staff reductions you’ve had in Detroit. How long could it possibly take to sign a stupid warrant that would keep killers and rapists in jail? That should have been the first priority on everyone’s plate. Detroit is bad enough without releasing everyone from the jail to go kill, rape, and molest again. Maybe there weren’t enough of the right staff reductions.

A published report says dozens of suspected killers, rapists and others who were arrested by Detroit police over the past four years have been released because of a backlog of unsigned warrants.

Among the unsigned warrants at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office are 21 for murder, including one going back to 2010, according to a report in the Detroit News. The newspaper says there are 105 for sexual assault and 126 for child abuse.

In most cases, police were forced to release the suspects, since the law requires that they can’t be held beyond 72 hours without being arraigned.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy says many of the releases are a result of too few employees in her office. She says the office has “lost half of our staff and it is no surprise that we are not able to fulfill our mandated functions with such drastic staff reductions.”

“It certainly is not surprising that this has impacted our ability to review and charge warrant requests presented to us,” Worthy said.

I think Kym Worthy was one of the one’s missed in the cutbacks.

ISIS using bombs containing live SCORPIONS in effort to spread panic

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 7:37 am

Their ingenuity is just amazing when it comes to barbarism. It’s like a competition to see who can think up the most barbaric way to slaughter people. Now they’ve really proven they’re stark raving mad. ISIL is putting live, extremely poisonous scorpions in bombs to terrify the enemy. What will be next? An arena with live lions? People who think of these kind of things in the name of an awful religion, are just animals. Plain and simple. They need to be exterminated before they get their hands on something even more deadly. I don’t know if our current administration has the will to do what needs to be done, though. Biden probably considers ISIL our ally.

Militants fighting for the Islamic State in Iraq have unveiled their latest terror tactic – bombs containing hundreds of live scorpions designed to spread fear among their enemies. Canisters packed with poisonous varieties of scorpion are being blasted into towns and villages, which explode on impact – scattering the scorpions and causing panic among the innocent local population.

Taliban kill 130 school children in Pakistan

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 7:02 am

After this brutal assault by our ENEMIES, Biden stands by his statement that the Taliban isn’t a U.S. enemy. So, Mr. Biden are the murderers of countless people in Afghanistan and school children in Pakistan our friends? Do you support their actions then? You can bet if a Republican said something this stupid the media would be all over them. But, in this case it’s just slow uncle Biden being himself, and it’s ignored. When our leaders say things like this it makes us look weak, and invites more attacks. Biden should keep his mouth shut.

A deadly, hours-long siege of a school in northwest Pakistan ended Tuesday evening with all the Taliban militants responsible killed, at least 130 people — most of them children — dead and a country once again grasping for answers after a horrific attack.

Six suicide bombers scaled the walls of Army Public School and Degree College in the violence-plagued city of Peshawar around 10 a.m. (midnight ET) intent on killing older students there, according to Mohammed Khurrassani, a spokesman for the Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan, or Pakistan Taliban.

These Taliban had “300 to 400 people … under their custody” at one point, Khurrassani said….

    Not our enemies at all.

U.N. official: We have ‘run out of words’ to describe conflict in Syria

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:49 pm

How about these words: Religion of peace, or hope and change. There are no words to describe how much damage the U.N. inflicts and how much worse they make situations every time they get involved. How about these words U.N. – stay out of it and let the adults handle it. Words aren’t going to fix it, bombs and troops on the ground are.

“Every time we use a new figure in relation to the Syrian crisis, we say that it is unprecedented. We have run out of words to fully explain the brutality violence and callous disregard for human life which is a hallmark of this crisis,” Valerie Amos, the U.N. chief for humanitarian affairs said.

The Syrian government has used barrel bombs in densely populated areas and “arbitrarily detained” citizens and subjected them to serious beatings and torture. Armed opposition groups have taken locals hostage and killed civilians by using explosive mortar and car bombs. ISIS has committed “mass victimization” of civilians, including murder, enslavement, rape, displacement and torture, Amos said.

All parties involved in the conflict “continue to violate the most basic of laws with devastating consequences,” she said.

The under-secretary general described a particularly horrible situation for the country’s children.

Reports of children being publicly executed, crucified, beheaded and stoned to death — particularly by ISIS — has increased in recent months. Other children, sometimes as young as 5 years old, are being trained at military camps, Amos said.

“This conflict is not only shattering Syria’s present, it is also destroying its future,” she added.

Taliban Demand Investigation of U.S. for ‘Violations of International Humanitarian Laws’

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 9:00 am

This is rich. People known for beheading people, honor killings, stoning women for dressing wrong, and shooting people in the back of the head in soccer fields are asking for an investigation into the U.S.’ human rights record. Dianne Feinstein should be tried for treason for what she has brought on all of us with her self righteousness. She handed the enemy just what they needed to get more recruits and kill more Americans. She’s safe in her well guarded capital building, what does she care? Why do we continue to elect the scum of the earth and expect them to give a damn.

The Taliban has called for an international investigation into the human rights standards of the United States after the Senate Intelligence Committee Democrats released a lengthy report criticizing enhanced interrogation techniques used in the war on terror. Under Taliban rule, Afghans were subject to public floggings or executions for “violations” such as women wearing nail polish or exposing any skin, or both teachers and students trying to learn in underground schools. Women had zero rights and weren’t allowed to leave their homes except with a male relative. ….

    Obamacare and Eugenics

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 4:59 am

Gruber, the architect of Obamacare and several state exchanges referred to abortion as positive selection. He praised the killing of unborn babies because of the money it will save the almighty government. Does anyone really believe there aren’t death panels in Obamacare. Old people, disabled people, useless eaters will all eventually “save the government money”. Evil men have slipped in among us and are perverting our Constitution and taking even our right to live.

The scariest words uttered during Jonathan Gruber’s recent appearance before the House Oversight Committee were “positive selection.” They were read aloud by Republican Rep. Thomas Massie, from a 1997 paper the professor co-authored concerning abortion. The opus in question made the Congressman uneasy because of the following passage: “By 1993 all cohorts under the age 19 were born under legalized abortion and we estimate steady state savings of $1.6 billion per year from positive selection.” Rep. Massie asked the professor what was meant by “positive selection.” This question was evidently not anticipated in Gruber’s pre-testimony coaching, so he became evasive….

Qatar broke promise with US, allowed Gitmo detainee to leave the country

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 5:32 pm

Can we all say, du!, now. Of course they left the country. They all go back to the fight eventually, and our government is stupid to expect Muslims to keep other Muslims locked up. They’ve all read the same Koran and Haddiths, and they all follow the same Allah. They don’t have to do the actual beheading to do their part for the Jihad.

Relying on allies that aren’t allies is yet another consequence of the Washington establishment’s determined refusal to face the realities of the jihad, and to formulate policy based on those realities.

“Qatar ‘broke promise to US over Guantanamo detainee,’” by David Blair, the Telegraph, December 12, 2014 (thanks to Lookmann):

Qatar broke an “explicit” promise by allowing a former Guantánamo detainee who had trained with al-Qaeda to leave the country and visit Britain, a new report has found.

Jarallah al-Marri, who attended an al-Qaeda training camp in Afghanistan before the terrorist attacks on September 11, was freed from Guantánamo in 2008.

Mr Marri was allowed to go home to Qatar in return for a formal promise from the government of the Gulf state that he would not be allowed to leave the country. But a report from the Foundation for the Defence of Democracies in Washington said this pledge was broken.

Iran hackers may target US energy, defense firms, FBI warns

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 7:51 pm

Since Iran is being so cooperative, why doesn’t Obama make a deal with them on their nuclear program in exchange for help with ISIL. They’re only targeting our energy, our critical infrastructure, and defense firms. We just need to understand their position better. For those who don’t know, this is sarcasm and mocking of our President’s way of thinking.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has warned U.S. businesses to be on the alert for a sophisticated Iranian hacking operation whose targets include defense contractors, energy firms and educational institutions, according to a confidential agency document.

The operation is the same as one flagged last week by cyber security firm Cylance Inc as targeting critical infrastructure organizations worldwide, cyber security experts said. Cylance has said it uncovered more than 50 victims from what it dubbed Operation Cleaver, in 16 countries, including the United States.

Secret Santa in Boston pays off layaway balances at Toys ‘R’ Us

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 7:38 pm

I love stories like this. This is what Christmas is really about. Love, giving, and hope. Enjoy the read:

A wealthy Secret Santa is making the season bright for some cash-strapped Toys “R” Us shoppers in Massachusetts.

An anonymous donor shelled out thousands of dollars to wipe out all layaway balances at two Toys “R” Us stores in Auburn and Framingham, MyFoxBoston.com reported Friday.

The benefactor’s gift at the Auburn store alone totaled more than $7,000.

“These families are obviously struggling, and they’re putting things on layaway, and I’m able to help them,” the gift-giver told the station, declining to give her name.

She identified herself as the founder of Sofia’s Angels Foundation and said she started the nonprofit in memory of her mother who died of breast cancer.

“I have a baby; it helps a lot,” said one shopper who had some toys on layaway. “She’s just awesome. I’m gonna cry.”

The Sofia’s Angels founder said she was not the “layaway angel” who on Wednesday settled 150 layaway accounts at the Toys “R” Us in Bellingham, Mass., with a $20,000 donation.

The Boston Globe said the Toys “R” Us stores quickly notified customers whose layaway accounts had been settled.

A spokeswoman for the chain told the paper she had heard stories of customers so overcome with emotion they broke down in sobs when they received the news.

MILITARY UPDATE: Commissary money restored, base tobacco prices rising

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:37 pm

At least they came to their senses and restored most of the Commissary budget. Targeting the troops pay is not the way to make up for the cuts from sequestration. Some people may not think it’s a big deal, but to our troops it is. The last thing we need is soldiers, airman, marines, and seaman worrying about the welfare of their families when they need to be fighting a war.

House and Senate conferees negotiating a package to fund the Department of Defense through September 2015 have protected commissary operations by restoring 90 percent of a planned $100 million cut. Once again lawmakers thwarted a cost-saving initiative targeting military compensation and endorsed by the Joint Chiefs as a way to dampen personnel costs so more dollars can be spent on training, weapon buys and other readiness accounts being victimized by arbitrary “sequestration” cuts.

Pew poll confirms amnesty a danger to gun rights

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 10:17 am

Great. According to a Pew Poll 71% of Hispanics want government controlled gun laws. Only 25% believe in the Constitutional right to bare arms. So, we’ll have 5 million new anti-gun voters in the country. All a part of the plan I’m sure. Who knew Obama was going to use Mexico to transform America.

Survey results made public Wednesday by Pew Research Center show public support for protecting gun rights on the rise across all demographics except for two notable categories, “liberal Democrats” and “Hispanics.” Attitudes expressed by Hispanics show overwhelming rejection of pro-gun political sentiment. With only 25 percent favoring laws protecting the right to own guns, 71 percent want government to “control ownership.” That tracks with warnings issued by Gun Owners of America, curiously alone among national gun rights advocacy groups. GOA has warned that amnesty for illegal aliens, and a “pathway to citizenship,” will provide for millions of new anti-gun voters…

Health groups fear bill could lead to return of pizza, fries in schools

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:59 pm

Oh no!!! Kids might eat pizza or fries for school lunch, instead of the piece of broccoli they are now being given. They might not raid the refrigerator when they get home from school anymore. This has to be stopped. This is like the biggest tragedy facing our country right now. What a bunch of idiots with not enough to do, Michelle being the head idiot. What ever did we do when we didn’t have the federal government telling us what to eat? Oh yeah, mom packed our lunch and it was delicious.

Health advocates are blasting provisions in federal funding legislation that are seen as dialing back school nutrition standards, even as the White House seeks to downplay the riders as “minor adjustments” to the first lady’s signature policy.

The bill known as “cromnibus,” contains language that would allow states to exempt struggling districts from having to offer all whole grain products and eases requirements for schools to reduce sodium levels.

Critics who lobbied against more restrictive nutrition rules hailed the language as a win.

The American Heart Association, meanwhile, worries the changes will open the door for more legislation that will allow schools to revert back to serving pizza and French fries every day for lunch.

“I don’t think we quite know the extent of what these provisions will do and how to move forward with them,” AHA’s Government Relations Manager Kristy Anderson said. “This is the tip of the iceberg for them to keep chipping away and rescind a popular law that works.”

Popular law???!!! Bwahahahahahaha! Maybe in the sense that it’s the butt of a lot of jokes. The kids and parents hate the new lunch menu, and you can’t put lipstick on a pig.

US approves massive defense spending bill

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:40 pm

They can spend this much money to fight ISIL, which is a good thing, don’t get me wrong, but they are doing it while cutting our troops benefits. The very men and women who will be fighting this war; fighting and dieing and being wounded, should come first. This country is no longer a country of the people, for the people, and by the people. It’s run by a bunch of power hungry, corrupt, bureaucrats, who know nothing about fighting a war and don’t listen to those who do.

The United States Congress approved a massive defense spending bill Friday that provides for an enhanced air campaign against the “Islamic State” terror group, as well as the training of Iraqis and moderate Syrian rebels.

The legislation, which passed 89 votes to 11 in the Senate, includes US President Barack Obama’s $5-billion (4-billion-euro) request for funds to combat the Islamic State. Of that, $3.4 billion will be allocated to the deployment of US forces as part of Operation Inherent Resolve, and $1.6 billion will be used to equip and train Kurdish forces for two years.

“American air power had changed the momentum on the ground somewhat and given moderates in the region an opportunity to regroup, but ISIS cannot be defeated without an opposing force to take the fight to it on the ground,” said Democratic Senator Carl Levin, chairman of the Armed Services Committee, using another acronym for the terrorist group….

At least they are going to finally arm the Kurds, like they should have done months ago.

Glitch in Obamacare is Allowing the Unthinkable to Happen

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 6:17 pm

Glitch, my you know what. Obamacare will save business owners 3,000 dollars if they hire illegals because they won’t have to insure them or pay the penalty for not insuring them. Who do you think they’re going to hire? An American citizen that they will have to insure, or an illegal that saves them a ton of money. But, they’ll be pulling the Democrat lever in the voting booth, so that’s all that really matters.

The loophole found in Obamacare traces back to rules under the Affordable Care Act, which rewards businesses for hiring the 5 million illegals. This is because by doing so, they do not have to pay a penalty for not providing them with health coverage — a penalty they would have to pay with native-born workers, making the American citizens less profitable to hire.

It was corroborated by a security official from the Department of Homeland Security that the loophole does indeed exist for employers seeking to skirt the penalty enforced for not insuring their employees — saving them $3,000 a piece for hiring Obama’s 5 million amnestied once-illegal immigrants.

This was no accident. It was part of the plan all along.

Obama administration to allow Native American tribes to grow and sell marijuana

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 5:35 pm

The Obama administration will direct attorneys to not prevent Native American tribes on reservations from growing and selling marijuana even in states where pot is illegal, the Los Angeles Times reported on Thursday. Some federal restrictions will still apply. Marijuana can’t be sold to minors, grown on public land, fall into the hands of drug cartels, or systemically spread to states where the drug remains illegal.

And, they’re going to police all this how? The pot craze is getting ridiculous. The whole country is going to be a bunch of pot heads, with the exception of a conservative block of voters. Maybe there’s an up side. When they go into the voting booth stoned out of their gourd, they’ll vote for the wrong person.

The Justice Department guidance allows Native American tribes to enforce their own marijuana laws, regardless of what state law says. So tribes could set up schemes to grow and sell marijuana in states where it’s illegal, or ban marijuana in states, such as Colorado, where it’s legal.

I guess if you can’t get it done one way in every state, use the Indians to go around the law. Obama specializes in subverting the law.

Obama to Let in More Security Risks from Syria

Filed under: — Jennifer Rast @ 7:37 am

So, in addition the the heroin, human trafficking, and gangs from Mexico and Central America, Obama is going to open the doors wide to thousands of Muslim Jihadis from Syria. They’re preparing for a “surge” of thousands per year for the next few years. How many people are going to be saying “not in my back yard” on this one. We’ve already got all of Mexico flooding in, now we’ll need more jobs that aren’t there for the Syrian refugees. Jihadis who will have little jihadis that grow up to be big Jihadis. Why don’t we just invite the whole world to join us? It’ll be fun. While we’re at it, let’s just make the U.S. a Muslim Country.

Now that Republicans have made it clear they will do nothing to stop his amnesty for existing illegal immigrants, Obama is moving on to step two of his plan. He is planning to bring in more people who will constitute or public charge, or worse, represent a security risk.

The LA Times is reporting that the administration will increase the number of refugees that are admitted from Syria: The U.S. government intends to dramatically accelerate efforts to resettle refugees from the Syrian civil war and is preparing for a “surge” of thousands in each of the next few years, State Department officials announced this week. They have some catching up to do: The United States has so far accepted only 300 of the more than 3.2 million refugees who have fled Syria since the war began almost four years ago. The United States is the world leader in refugee resettlement, accepting 70,000 displaced people a year, more than all other countries combined. It’s poured $3 billion into supporting the Syrian refugees who have spilled into camps and cities in Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and other neighboring countries.

And, these neighboring countries can’t take care of them because…….? Why do they have to come to America again? Possibly because we have a Muslim sympathizer running our country.
