I put together a page of pictures from the Tea Party protest in Seattle on the 15th. Better late than never I guess. The turnout was good, and the liberals that dominate Seattle looked a bit scared, or maybe shocked. I don’t think they are used to being on the receiving end of protests and political attacks. They better get used to it.

If you elect a Muslim Marxist, suddenly Islamists become America’s friends and Christians are the new terrorists. From page 5 of the Homeland Security Report detailing the “Right Wing Extremist threat”:

Historically, domestic rightwing extremists have feared, predicted, and anticipated a cataclysmic economic collapse in the United States. Prominent antigovernment conspiracy theorists have incorporated aspects of an impending economic collapse to intensify fear and paranoia among like-minded individuals and to attract recruits during times of economic uncertainty. Conspiracy theories involving declarations of martial law, impending civil strife or racial conflict, suspension of the U.S. Constitution, and the creation of citizen detention camps often incorporate aspects of a failed economy. Antigovernment conspiracy theories and “end times” prophecies could motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food, ammunition, and weapons. These teachings also have been linked with the radicalization of domestic extremist individuals and groups in the past, such as violent Christian Identity organizations and extremist members of the militia movement.

Obama and Homeland Security are following the Marxist Handbook and busying themselves labeling us conservatives as right wing extremists, and even terrorists. In this report that was originally intended for office use only, but got leaked, DHS insults Veterans by warning that they may come home from war and use their skills for terrorist attacks at home. It also warns of the threat posed by Christians who believe in end-time prophecy. Clinton went after the Militias of the 90′s in a similar way, but he wasn’t this insulting, and he didn’t take it to this extreme. Below are a few choice paragraphs and quotes from the report, but you should read the whole article. This country is going to change drastically in the near future, I fear. And it’s not the kind of change the Left thought they would get (with the exception of the hard left, who’ve been calling us conservatives terrorists for years). We elected a Kenyan Muslim, and now Christians and Veterans are the new terrorists among us. Nice. I hope they don’t expect us to be intimidated by this report and go into hiding. The tax day Tea Parties should dispel any notion that we aren’t going to fight the communist takeover of our country by Obama and his tax evading thugs.

A newly unclassified Department of Homeland Security report warns against the possibility of violence by unnamed “right-wing extremists” concerned about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, restrictions on firearms, abortion and the loss of U.S. sovereignty and singles out returning war veterans as particular threats.

The report, titled “Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” dated April 7, states that “threats from white supremacist and violent anti-government groups during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry out violent acts.”

However, the document, first reported by talk-radio host and WND columnist Roger Hedgecock, goes on to suggest worsening economic woes, potential new legislative restrictions on firearms and “the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks.”

“Proposed imposition of firearms restrictions and weapons bans likely would attract new members into the ranks of right-wing extremist groups as well as potentially spur some of them to begin planning and training for violence against the government,” the report continues. “The high volume of purchases and stockpiling of weapons and ammunition by right-wing extremists in anticipation of restrictions and bans in some parts of the country continue to be a primary concern to law enforcement.”

Most notable is the report’s focus on the impact of returning war veterans.

“Returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to right-wing extremists,” it says. “DHS/I&A is concerned that right-wing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize veterans in order to boost their violent capacities.”

The report also mentions “‘end times’ prophecies could motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food, ammunition and weapons. These teachings also have been linked with the radicalization of domestic extremist individuals and groups in the past, such as the violent Christian Identity organizations and extremist members of the militia movement.”

Yeah, us Christians have been blowing up buildings, planning attacks on military bases, and bombing peoples homes for years. Wait, no, that was Obama’s long time friend, the author of his memoirs, William Ayers of the Weather Underground. My mistake.

UPDATE: For anyone who doubted the authenticity of the DHS report above, Michelle Malkin is reporting that the hit job Obama did on conservatives through DHS is indeed an accurate report, and the Report is real.
